Controller. The service is operated by anycast.io UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hintere Strasse 125a, 90768 Fürth, Deutschland. Contact: support@fanghost.org.

Website data. We process request metadata, security logs, and analytics events to keep the website reliable, secure, and understandable. Analytics should be configured privacy-consciously and without selling personal data.

Account and billing data. We process account email addresses, authentication tokens, selected plans, payment status, invoices, and support communication to provide the managed hosting service.

Managed instances. Customer agent instances may contain prompts, configuration, channel metadata, logs, backups, and model gateway usage data. Customers are responsible for the data they place into their agents and connected channels.

Processors. The platform can use infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, and model gateway providers where needed to operate the service. Exact provider setup can differ by deployment and customer configuration.

Retention. We keep operational records only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, security, billing, support, and abuse prevention. Backups and logs may have separate operational retention windows.

Rights. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data. Contact support@fanghost.org for privacy requests.

Important. This English market policy must be reviewed before final commercial launch if FangHost uses separate US payment, infrastructure, or email accounts.
