Terms of Service

Provider. FangHost is operated by anycast.io UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hintere Strasse 125a, 90768 Fürth, Deutschland. Contact: support@fanghost.org.

Service. FangHost provides managed hosting for open-source AI agents such as OpenFang, OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent. The product can include VM provisioning, browser access, model gateway configuration, backups, support, and dashboard management.

Customer responsibility. Customers are responsible for lawful use, connected channel behavior, content submitted to agents, third-party accounts, and compliance duties that apply to their own business or users.

Availability. Managed hosting depends on infrastructure, payment, model, email, and network providers. Maintenance, incidents, and provider outages may affect availability.

Billing. Plans are billed according to the package selected in checkout. Payment provider webhooks are required for reliable provisioning, renewal, cancellation, and recovery behavior.

Prohibited use. Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware, spam, or activity that harms infrastructure, providers, or other customers.

Launch note. These English terms are a deployment-ready draft and should receive legal review before paid US-market acquisition is scaled.
